Sema is a private publishing service operated by F&L Ayer Sàrl, Route d'Ursy 9, 1675 Vauderens, Switzerland. Access is granted to brands and clients we work with; there is no public sign-up.

What you agree to

• You connect only accounts you own or are authorised to manage.
• You are responsible for the content you publish through Sema and for its compliance with each platform's terms, community guidelines and applicable law.
• Sema publishes content exactly as you submit it, at the time you choose. Platforms may reject, delay or remove content; Sema reports the platform's answer but cannot override it.

Our commitments

• We publish nothing you did not ask for.
• We keep access tokens encrypted and use them only to publish your content and show the connected account name.
• You can disconnect an account at any time; we delete its tokens.

Liability

Sema is provided as is. We are not liable for losses caused by platform outages, API changes, or content moderation decisions taken by the platforms.

Applicable law

Swiss law applies. Place of jurisdiction: Fribourg, Switzerland.
