Who we are

Sema is operated by F&L Ayer Sàrl, Route d'Ursy 9, 1675 Vauderens, Switzerland (“we”). Contact: contact@flayer.ch.

What Sema does

Sema publishes videos, titles and descriptions to social media accounts (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) that their owner has connected through the platform's official authorisation flow (OAuth).

Data we store

• For each connected account: the platform's account identifier, the display name, and the access and refresh tokens issued by the platform. Tokens are encrypted at rest.
• For each publication: the video file, title, description, visibility, scheduled time, and the result returned by the platform (post identifier, URL, or error message).

We do not collect passwords, we do not read your inbox, comments, followers or analytics, and we do not use your data for advertising or profiling. We do not sell or share your data with third parties. Data is transmitted only to the platform you connected, for the sole purpose of publishing what you asked to publish.

Google API Services

Sema's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Sema uses the YouTube Data API to upload videos to the channel you connected and to display the channel name. You can revoke Sema's access at any time from your Google account permissions.

Meta and TikTok

You can revoke Sema's access from your Facebook or Instagram settings (Business integrations) and from your TikTok settings (Security, Manage app permissions). Revoking access makes the stored tokens useless; you can also ask us to delete them (see Data deletion).

Retention

Tokens are kept while the account is connected. Uploaded video files are deleted after successful publication or after 30 days. Publication logs are kept for 12 months.

Where data is stored

On a server operated by us in the European Union (Hetzner, Germany), accessible only to authorised operators.

Your rights

You can ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at contact@flayer.ch. Swiss data protection law (FADP) applies.
