Data deletion

To have your data removed from Sema, do one of the following:

1. Revoke Sema's access from the platform (Google account permissions, Facebook or Instagram business integrations, TikTok app permissions). The stored tokens become invalid immediately.
2. Email contact@flayer.ch with the name of the account. We delete the connected account, its tokens, its uploaded files and its publication logs within 7 days and confirm by email.

Removing Sema from your Facebook settings also sends us an automatic deletion request, which we honour the same way.
